As busy parents, there are days when it's all we can do to get everyone clothed and fed, the homework and chores done, and the family into bed at a decent hour.  I know what that feels like.  But we know there is more to parenting than that!
 
As a busy mother of three with my own business and community obligations, I can relate to your daily struggles.  I have three great teenagers and one awesome husband.  We have two full-time careers and support several schools, our church, Boy Scouts, a school band, several academic competitions, and more.

Over the years, I've developed a wealth of techniques and wisdom that has brought us more peace, saved us much time and energy AND helped us focus on being the best parents we can be.  As a trained Life Coach, Industrial Engineer (think effectiveness and efficiency) and veteran Mom, I offer my clients the support and ideas, accountability and encouragement to be the best parents they can be.  I'm eager to share all this with you!

Group Sessions offered for up to ten individuals or five couples.  Coaching groups are the most economical way to experience the positive change possible through coaching. Groups meet twice monthly via teleconference for clients anywhere in the U.S.. When you join, you start with an individual coaching session with me to set goals specific to managing your family life and taking better care of yourself and your children. Each group session covers a great combination of powerful information, spot coaching, support and accountability to help you reach your goals. Clients find value in both the coaching conversations and the interaction and support from other group members.Group coaching sessions begin at $40/month with a 4-month commitment for teleconferenced groups.
